Active emergencies (tree on a structure, road-blocking fall, widow-maker limb) are reviewed first and matched with the fastest available crew we can confirm. After-hours and storm requests are handled based on phone coverage and crew availability.

Request handling

Every form submission triggers a confirmation to you and a review on our side. Your information is used to respond to your quote request. It is not sold to a list of competitors, and you do not get a flood of cold calls from companies you did not contact.

Quote format

Written. Line-itemed. Insurance-compatible documentation for storm-damage and homeowner-claim jobs. Signed before any cuts. If the job scope changes on-site (hidden hazard, additional limb, access issue), we stop, document the change, and get your signed approval before continuing.

Crew transparency

We connect Tennessee homeowners with vetted local tree-service crews. Every on-site quote is handled by a local tree-service professional, with coverage needs and specialty credential needs confirmed before work starts.

Data handling

Your contact information is used to respond to your quote request and send your confirmation. That is it. No retargeting list sales. No third-party request resellers. SMS opt-out is honored on the first reply. If you ask us to delete your record, we delete it.

What we do not do
