Every quote is delivered on-site, in writing, with a line-item breakdown. No flat-rate bait-and-switch. No phone-only estimates that change at the truck. The number you sign before any cuts is the number you pay on completion.
Response time
Quote requests through this site get a callback within 30 minutes during business hours. Active emergencies (tree on a structure, road-blocking fall, widow-maker limb) get same-day on-site response. After-hours and storm callbacks reach a real person 24/7.
Lead handling
Every form submission triggers two things within 30 seconds: a confirmation email to you, and an operator notification on our side. Your information is never sold to multiple competitors. You do not get a flood of cold calls from companies you did not contact.
Quote format
Written. Line-itemed. Insurance-compatible documentation for storm-damage and homeowner-claim jobs. Signed before any cuts. If the job scope changes on-site (hidden hazard, additional limb, access issue), we stop, document the change, and get your signed approval before continuing.
Operator transparency
We connect Tennessee homeowners with vetted local tree-service operators. We hold no inventory and dispatch no crews directly. Every on-site quote is delivered by an operator independently licensed and insured under their own contracting entity. When the operator delivering your quote arrives, ask for proof of insurance before any work begins.
Data handling
Your contact information goes to the operator quoting your job and to your confirmation email. That is it. No retargeting list sales. No third-party lead resellers. SMS opt-out is honored on the first reply. If you ask us to delete your record, we delete it.
What we do not do
- Cold-call spam from purchased lists
- Fake reviews or fabricated testimonials
- Fake before-and-after photos pulled from stock libraries
